'EveningBay originated with a vision: to introduce authentic Neapolitan pizza to London. The Taylor family opened our doors in 1985, operating a quaint, family-owned shop with recipes passed down for generations.
Emily Taylor, our pioneer, mastered pizza-making during their journey across Italy, apprenticing with skilled pizzaiolos in Naples—the cradle of pizza. Upon their return to the UK, their resolve was set to reproduce the enchantment of real Italian pizza, preserving conventional methods and premium ingredients.
Starting as a cozy 12-seat pizza place, we have expanded into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our pledge to excellence and genuineness stands firm. We continue employing classic wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch every day, and seeking out the best quality provisions available.
Presently, 'EveningBay holds strong as a family enterprise, with the succeeding generation of the Taylor lineage steering our devoted crew. While we have adopted some present-day enhancements, our business's core—conjuring up delectable, true pizza that unites—remains intact.
